For the convenience of all Old Boys, the Reunion Committee is pleased to offer the ability to book individual events to accomodate old boys that are staying with family in the area and will not need hotel accomodation, for children staying in the same room with parents with purchased packages and to friends and family members of old boys who wishes to join in the festivities:. Children under the age of 12 stays for free and get free transportation to and from purchased events when sharing room with parents with purchasd packages. La Salle College Old Boys' Association, New York/East Coast Chapter ("NYLSCOBA") of New York, New York, is the host and organizer of the 2008 LSCOBA World Conference and Global Reunion ("Global Reunion").  NYLSCOBA organizes the Global Reunion mainly for the pleasure and enjoyment of the participating LSCOBAs and their members coming from overseas and North America.  NYLSCOBA gives notice herein that all services and arrangements for transport and conveyance and accommodations as described herein the program are made as agent upon the express condition that NYLSCOBA and its vendors shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect in any vehicle, or through the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements of the soccer tournament or tours, or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or services, sickness, weather, health quarantine, strikes, force majeure, other causes or acts of God.  NYLSCOBA reserves the right to withdraw a tour announced in this program, substitute hotels, and make alterations to the itineraries as deemed necessary to ensure smooth operation of the program or for the reason of insufficient participation.  NYLSCOBA also reserves the right to decline acceptance of any person who is not a qualified member or supporter of any LSCOBA.
