To answer J2's question on implication to New York Chapter, when decided to join GA.
GA will be a representative entity, at least one representative from each joining chapter will be in the board. The board will review requests from chapters, Hong Kong and LSC, and make recommendation whether to support, and if to support, what type of support.

<description>I sense there are members who are uncertain of the rational behind joining the GA.
New York chapter has been networking with other chapters for many years, like Edmonton, Toronto and LA. GA is an expansion of this networking in a more organized way, so to maximize the benefit based on our common root in La Salle spirit.
